To connect newly generated pages to your web site, first upload them to your web site (along with new folders). Just watch not to overwrite your old index. Then try to link from ALL* your web site's pages to ANY of newly generated pages, but mostly on index files (in every sub folder you have index.html file). We know this can be tough but we can't change your web site for you. Just do that and your done. Also, we have to say that Page Generator will create style.css for you. Feel free to change that file and to make design of newly created pages similar to your web site's design. Also you could decorate index files a little bit ;-)
* If you have many pages on your web site then of course you will not change all pages on your web site, but it would be good to change large number of files and include some links to new files.
